We strive to provide the best service possible, but downtime is a part of any computer's lifetime. We guarantee that your site will be online 99.9% of the time, if it is down longer, and you can prove it, we will credit your account for 1 month of service. You agree to hold PUNKHOSTING harmless in the event of a server outage.

time hosting a site that upsets me personally.
Any violation of these policies will result in cancellation of your account, without refund. If you are found to be conducting any illegal activities, your account information will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
Bandwidth
Each account comes with a guaranteed amount of monthly bandwidth allowance. Any bandwidth you use in excess of this amount will be billed at the rate of $5 per GB, billing in 1 GB increments.If you need clarification of any of these policies, please do not hesitate to Contact Us!
